Altenew's A Year in Review IG Hop

Hello! Welcome back to my blog. I am so honored and delighted to be a part of this year's Altenew A Year in Review IG Hop. I love how this monochromatic card turned out. Using embossing powder added some texture to the card and prevent it from looking flat. My friend Janice loves this card so much that I gave it to her for her birthday this month.

I have lots of pens in my stash. Being able to use my pens on one of the cards above brought me joy since I am not limited to using my pens to writing only. Being able to stitch on a card also brings me joy since paper stitching is one of my favorite techniques.

Being able to participate in Altenew's March 2023 Stamp/Die/Stencil & More Release Blog Hop is my biggest crafting career break this year. It was such a great experience.

Altenew has other stencils that you can use for dry embossing. They also have pattern building stencils that you can try creating new patterns.
