Christmas Tree Sun Catcher, Craft My Stash #6

Hello! For today's Craft My Stash, I am using the following products:
  • Lawn Fawn Knit Picky 6x6 Patterned Paper
  • Lawn Fawn Fancy Lattice Background die
  • Lawn Fawn Gold Sparkle Single Cord Trimmings
I die cut the tree on a green patterned paper. I die cut the ornaments on a red patterned paper. And, I die cut the star on a gray patterned paper, all from the LF Knit Picky 6x6 patterned paper. I used the Lawn Fawn Stitched Christmas Tree Frames die.

I die cut a green vellum using the LF Fancy Lattice Background die. I adhered this to the back of one of the Christmas tree die cuts. I adhered the other Christmas tree die cut to the back, making sure that both the tree frames are aligned. I cut off the excess on the sides. I adhered the red ornaments, adhering the same sized ornament to the other side of the tree.

I applied a coat of Tonic Clear Aqua Shimmer to the ornaments and Tonic Midas Touch Aqua Shimmer to the stars. I adhered the twine on the top of the tree with a strong liquid adhesive. I covered this with two stars, adhered on each side of the tree.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Have a blessed, brilliant and creative day!

  1. So pretty! I love the vellum on the inside - it will look great with lights on a Christmas tree shining through! Thanks so much for sharing!
