Halloween Crafts

Hello! I hope you had a safe and enjoyable Halloween yesterday. I have a delayed Halloween post of the crafts I made for this occasion.

I created magnets for my 2nd Grader's class. For the first time, the school did not have a Halloween party. My son gave this to his classmates ahead of time since they are off school the day before Halloween. I used a ghost image from Cricut Simply Charmed Cartridge. This is a layered cut. I omitted some of the cuts and minimized it to two layers. I cut the top layer using the Cricut Holographic Vinyl in blue and pink. I cut the bottom layer using black cardstock, cutting 3 of this layer per vinyl cut. I adhered this black ghost cut on top of each other. I adhered the vinyl cut on top of the black ghost cut. I added Nuvo Glow In The Dark Drops for the eyes. I adhered the magnet to the back using a glue gun.

I created my own wrapping paper by stamping images from Lawn Fawn Spooktacular stamp set. I stamped the images on kraft paper. I used the Misti Stamping Tool. I rotated the paper as I stamped each corner with these images until all four corners are stamped. I applied double adhesive tape to the inside of the kraft paper. I lined the corners then closed the sides to create a pouch like gift bag. I punched a hole on the top. I threaded a twine through this hole. I added a sentiment banner. I knotted the ends of the twine. I adhered spider sequins to the end of the twine.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Have a blessed, brilliant and creative day!
