Background Strips Thank you Card

Hello! Welcome back to my blog. Today's card features products from Kat Scrappiness which I linked below for your convenience.

I created the background panel by die cutting several shades of green cardstock from the Memory Box Greenery 6x6 paper pad using the KS A2 Stitched Strips Craft dies. I adhered the strips on a scrap 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" typing paper.

The foliage was created using the KS Oopsie Daisy 6x6 Layering Stencils. I used Tim Holtz Distress inks for inking. I fussy cut the images but these stenciled images has a coordinating die set if you are not up to fussy cutting.

For the sentiment, I die cut the KS Thank You Shadow Sentiment Craft die thrice, once on a pink patterned paper, and twice on white cardstock. I adhered the two white sentiment die cuts on top of each other, then adhered the pink sentiment die cut on top of it for a raised look.

I adhered the flowers and leaves on the stitched panel. I adhered the flowers with foam adhesive. Afterwhich, I adhered the sentiment to the stitched panel.

I splattered some mica paint to the panel. I adhered KS pink sequins from the KS Rock Candy Sequin Mix and KS Brilliant Pink Solid Sequins for some embellishment.

I hope you like today's card. Thank you for visiting my blog. Have a blessed, brilliant and creative day!
