Stitched Easter Square Card

Hello! Welcome back. I am sharing this stitched card today. I got the pattern from Stitch People as they collaborated with Michael's on a Virtual Class on How To Cross Stitch For Beginners. I am using paper instead of Aida cloth. The die I used to create the holes is from Paper Smooches. After I have stitched the Easter Eggs, I added flower and butterfly sequins for embellishment. I added Nuvo drops to cover the center hole of the sequins.

The sentiment is from Studio Katia Floral Cross stamp set. I heat embossed this on vellum using silver embossing powder. I cut this into a strip and adhered it to the stitched panel.

For the frame, I die cut a white cardstock using a die from the Mama Elephant Union Square Creative Cuts set. I ink blended Tim Holtz Stormy Sky Distress Oxide ink to this frame.

I adhered this to stitched panel and trimmed off the excess.

Thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you have a blessed Easter celebration!
