Color Inspired Card (New Craft Stash #13)

This stamp set has very cute images. I have fun coloring the dogs and I cannot wait to color the other images as well.

The watercolor pencils are easy to blend. Some colors tend to have bolder pigment than the others. Mixing two colors is also easy. My only difficulty is achieving a bold color for the background. I kept coming up with a color wash so I used a different watercolor medium for the background.

I created the polaroid frame using a square and rectangle die. The sentiment was partially die cut to create a two-lined sentiment. To have it perfectly aligned, I die cut the sentiment on scrap paper. Line the negative cut on the polaroid frame. Match the die to the negative cut. Secure this with washi tape. Run this through the die cut machine making sure the plate is on top of the letters to be cut.
